SONY MOTION

oooOOOoh!

Sony [inventors of the classic portable audio cassette player... remember those] have created a set of headphones that... [get this!]
are motion activated!!!

AWWWWWWEESOOOOOMEEEE!!!!

These
MH907 turn on and off as they are put in and out of a your ears.
So in laments term... music is paused when an earbud is taken out and played again when its re-inserted (into your ear!)

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RE-INSERT THE HEADPHONES ANYWHERE ELSE! lol - remember I warned ya!

It works the same way with phone calls, putting an earbud in answers, and taking it out hangs up, but who cares about that! Can I use it in my iPod???

BEHIND THE SCENES

Check out this [Boots] No7's behind the scenes video at the Todd Lynn Show at London Fashion Week...

No7 Creative Director, Lisa Eldridge created a look inspired by a 'post-apocalyptical world of sand storms and deserts' for the Todd Lynn show at Fashion Week.

Even though No7 is a client [of the company I work for] I still didnt get an invite to the show - I've been told its in the post ;) hehe!

This was pretty fabulous and definitely a look to consider... now, where's my vanity case *searches frantically*

BAAAD BOY FOR LIFE

OMG!

P Diddy confirmed the other day that his leaving Atlantic Records.

Diddy, the CEO of Bad Boy Records packed up and moved his stuff (and by stuff I mean artists and CDs) to Interscope.

The music mogul is allegedly in final negotiations to settle with Interscope Records and release his upcoming album Last Train To Paris.

"Diddy told Billboard: 'Now that the term of the Warner deal has ended, I have elected to accept an opportunity to move my recording career and future label venture to another company."

Good Luck!

We Love You Diddy!

LEGO HOUSE HAD TO GO

The two-storey house made entirely of Lego by James May, of Top Gear (and a few thousand volunteers) has been demolished.

The Lego house could not stay becasue the owners of the land needed the vineyard back to harvest its grapes... and that no-one else wanted to buy it.

Sucks 'coz I wanted it... would have been nice, with my play-do dinner and make-believe dinner parties ;)

Shame it couldn't stay.

SOCIALLY NETWORKING STYLISHLY

Burberry are rumoured to be putting together a social networking site of their own! Not happy with the 660,000 fans they have on facebook, they've decided that this will help grow it’s relationship with you the customer.

The site is called artofthetrench.com

The video is pretty cool too.

When the site launches people will be able to upload photos of themselves wearing Burberry’s trademark trench coats...... so, i'm raiding my piggy-bank (Persy) to get a trench coat first thing tomorrow morning!

Additionally, photographer Scott Schuman will be helping out. Scott rose to fame by photographing people he saw on the street whose style he found striking, a las acclaimed fashion blogsite The Sartoralist was born.

Scott will be doing the same and taking pictures of people on the streets, but of people he spots wearing their Burberry trench coats 'with style'. Maybe we'll see you on there. x

ONLY TIME WE WEAR BURBERRY IS TO SWIM... AND DANCE AND WORK AND STRUT DOWN THE ROAD TO THE SWEET SHOP AND WALK THE DOG AND DO OUR DAILY CHORS AND...

... the list goes on. Haha!
The Burberry Porsem SS 2010 collection at LFWwas something serious!

At on point the Burberry tartan became a symbol for everything chav-tastic... and corny... and not very nice.

Even Jay-Z stated (his very beautiful and glamous girlfriend) Beyonce "only wears Burberry to swim" [in Bonny & Clyde... you know what song I mean!]

But Burberry's come back bigger and better - and not a [tartan] print in sight. Yeeay! :)

The show apprantly drew in hoards of celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, Victoria Beckham, Liv Tyler, Emma Watson, Mary Kate Olsen, Anna Wintour (American Vogue), Carine Roitfeld (French Vogue) and Glenda Bailey (American Harper’s Bazaar) and me... I watched the Burberry Porsem show online (great idea by the way Burb!)

p.s. Each item is on my Christmas so please feel free to get me as many as you can. Thanks ;)

I'LL BE THERE FOR YOOOOOOOOOU

One of my favorite sitcoms ever is coming back to London...

Well, its sofa and props... and set...

Central perk [the coffee shop, from hit TV series Friends] will be up in Soho, for all to enjoy.

Come on down and feel what its like to be funny Chandler or ditsy Phoebe, and pretend to be in an episode called "The One When I Pretended To Be On An American TV Show" - hehehe!

Props from the show including a bar of Mokolate and Rachel’s wedding dress will be on display, and REAL coffee will actually be served.

All to celebrate their 15th Anniversary (aww babies) and the release of the Friends complete [seasons 1-10] box set.

Even Gunther will be in situ for the opening night party.

Its open between 24th September - 7th October - so hurry!

EVERYTHING YOU WANT & NEED

Artists Christine and Justin Gignac have a new art poject [if you wish] called Wants for Sale.

So? I hear you ask...

Well, basically the pair paint things they want and sell them for the actual cost of the item. BRILLIANT!!!

So stuff like... more money. drawn. cooking lessons. painted. a six pack stomach. illustrated. instant street cred (lol). sketched. You get the drift...

They’ve now expanded on the original idea to give back to those less fortunate, with Needs for Sale. This time they’re painting items such as doors, toys, and even wigs, and will be donating proceeds of each piece to Habitat for HumanityToys for Tots, and Locks of Love respectively (aahhh! how nice)

seriously, this is pretty hilariously amazing - check it out at www.wantsforsale.com

BANKSY COMES TO LIFE

Well, not really him, but his work does... in video... kind of... either way we still don't know what he looks like.

The anonymous UK graffiti artist Banksy has collaborated with Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and filmmaker Raymond Salvatore Harmon for the video for his new solo song called ‘The Hollow Earth’.
