I-VOUGE

With the iPhone being the product of the late noughties, apps for these wonderful gagdets have been a must, that even the fashion industry wants a peice,

Apps are now no longer silly (irrelevant yet very cool) additions to you mobile phone for your boyfriend, or male colleagues [who insist on showing you every single app they own including the 'stripping lady' that undresses everytime his stock falls in the market, or the disappearing beer, his Jamie Oliver cookery app... the list goes on.

Girls now have fashion related apps to keep themselves busy.

Teen Vogue has launched its own shopping app that enables users to browse editors' picks and buy them right away. Sounds pretty awesome (but only if you have the bank account for it of course, I mean Anna Wintour's style choice might not exactly fall within my budget lol)

Here are some of the best apps [my opinion... even thoug I do not own an iPhone, yet]:

myFendi

The ultimate application for the Fendi fan lets you classify your favorite looks by the label and locate the closest store. As a special gimmick, this app also mixes and matches Fendi items with the clothes in your wardrobe.

Teen Vogue Haute Spot

Joining the ever-growing number of fashion publications launching their own iPhone shopping apps, Teen Vogue now lets readers browse its closet, combine their favorite items, share the looks with an online community and buy the clothes directly over the phone. The app will be free through the end of January.

Dstill Magazine

The publication that launched last year features a selection of photography published in high-fashion and lifestyle magazines including Soon, Dansk, Vice and Interview. Now, Dstill has adapted its shoots to the iPhone - their app sells for $4.99.

tyleCaster

Based on your current geographical location, the StyleCaster team sends you daily suggestions for weather-appropriate outfits. This truly international application also sends you worldwide style news and individual looks posted by the StyleCaster online community.

Stylish Girl

This personal shopper device lets you mix and match your own wardrobe with what's offered in stores on the go. It also has a 'wishlist' function that filters new product releases for your personal preferences.

Gucci

The Italian luxe brand's application features push notifications of product launches and new designer collaborations as well as music playlists by producer Mark Ronson or Gucci's creative director Frida Giannini. It also lets you create your own music mix and share it on social networking sites. And for all global style citizens, the app features the Little Black Book of the most fashionable restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels in 33 international
