KARL IMMORTALISED!

Fashion legend and icon, Karl Lagerfeld has been immortalised!!!

[Calm down] Only in make-believe land,- Japanese-inspired brand Tokidoki has launched a limited edition miniature figurine of the Style-God, dressed completely in K Karl Lagerfeld and embellished with rhinestones. Hehe! 

This amazing hanyword is by Italian artist Simone Legno, who launched Tokidoki in 2005.
 
"Mini" Karl will be launched at Colette (I think that's in America) this month before hitting selected K Karl Lagerfeld retailers and Tokidoko flagship stores in New York, Milan and Los Angeles.

The figurine costs around £118, and each figure will come with an individually numbered certificate of authenticity.

October issue of Wallpaper* magazine.

model Baptiste Giabiconi, dressed in Dior Homme.

Starck's issue has three layers of transparent 

tracing paper, each with an image representing 

a different stage of evolution. 

I can't actually wait to see these on the shelves... roll on October.
